“Spirit of Grenada” Mixology Competition
This event elevates the craft of bartending to new levels by providing a national platform for mixologists to highlight their skills and creativity. Bartenders and Mixologists are invited from across the country to submit an application and an original cocktail recipe for the opportunity to compete.
Entries will be reviewed and scored by a panel of judges made up of professional mixologists and competition ambassadors.
The Finals will be scored and judged by cocktail industry icons, with the winner receiving a cash prize and recognition as the "Spirit of Grenada Cocktail Champion".
Competition Objectives
There will be 14 competitors selected to compete in this competition
Each Mixologist will be introduced to various spirits (Rum, Gin, Vodka, whiskey, Tequila, liqueurs) At the end of each week there will be an elimination of mixologists
Week 1 - 15 competitors were selected to compete.
Week 2 - 12 competitors will be selected with the most likes on social media
Week 3 - 10 competitors will be selected with the most likes on social media
Quarter finals (Virtual)
Week 4 - 8 more competitors will be selected to continue by the judges
Semi Finals ( Virtual)
Week 5 - 6 more competitors will be selected to continue by the judge
Virtual Finals
Week 6 - 4 Finalist will compete for 1st place
